Made-to-Order Production

Every piece in our collection is made to order. That means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak periods, production may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Express options available at checkout

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders under 25 lbs ship free. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days after production is complete. Customs clearance may add additional time — this is outside our control.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total wait time = production time (2–7 business days) + shipping time. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Route Shipping Protection

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. We strongly recommend adding it for peace of mind.
