1) Is ordering secure?

2) What's your refund policy?
Refunds are honored up to 21 business days from date of purchase. Buyer pays for shipping/handling of the product. Refunds are issued via the same method which the buyer paid for the product.
3) When can I expect my order?
In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days from the date you order. However, during certain occasions, provided ample stock, orders are fulfilled immediately. We do not ship orders during the Sundays and US public holidays. In most cases, you can expect your order within 20 days after shipping. If this timeframe isn't met, contact us immediately.

5) Do you ship world-wide?
Assortment Gallery does ship world-wide. However, there are few countries we do not service, which includes: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea, and a few others. Please read our shipping policy for additional restricted countries.
