Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Item Not as Described: If the item delivered differs from its description or image preview, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Non-Receipt of Item: If you have not received your ordered item within 21 business days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please present your order confirmation and delivery tracking number upon request to initiate your claim. Note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and Assortment Gallery is not responsible for delays due to customs processing or pandemic-related restrictions.
- Unauthorized Purchases: If purchases are made without your permission due to shared account details, credit/debit card information, and other personally identifiable information, you are responsible for those charges and will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where a mistake is acknowledged, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and you will receive 75% of the total amount. Refund processing times may take up to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution's guidelines.
Conditions for Returns
- Item Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items that are damaged, soiled, or appear to have been laundered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense, marked as final sale.
Return and Exchange Process
- Timeframe: Returns are allowed within 21 days from the date the item is delivered.
- Procedure: If the item received is not in good condition and the fault lies with us, you are entitled to return and exchange it for another item of the same value, description, and variant. The item must be returned unused through a trackable service. You may be required to submit photographic evidence of the item's condition. Once we receive and verify the product's condition, we will ship the new product to you free of charge.
- Incorrect Items: If the received item differs from what was ordered, we will accept the item in exchange for the correct one of the same size, color, and variant.
